A few things you may be wondering.

  • New patients may need a consultation before treatment. This gives us time to review your medical history, discuss your concerns and recommend suitable options. If you’re unsure which appointment to book, start with a consultation.

  • Yes. We’ll explain your recommended treatment plan and the total cost before you decide whether to proceed. Prices marked “From” may vary depending on your individual treatment requirements.

  • Yes. Selected treatments are available as courses, with course prices shown alongside single-treatment prices. We’ll discuss the recommended number of sessions and payment arrangements before you purchase a course.

  • A £50 deposit is required to secure an appointment. Please read our booking and cancellation policy before booking, including the terms for cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • Kate’s £50 aesthetic consultation fee is redeemable against an eligible treatment with Kate. Emma’s £50 Skin Assessment & Analysis fee is redeemable against treatments with Emma. Other consultation fees are separate unless stated otherwise.

  • Blood panels are charged separately from your consultation. If blood testing is arranged as part of your consultation, the blood sample collection is included, with no additional £35 blood-taking appointment fee.

  • Not at all. A consultation is an opportunity to explore your concerns, ask questions and understand your options. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment.
