Meet Kate
A little about me
I’m Kate Bell, a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practitioner and Independent Prescriber, and the founder and Clinical Director of EIRA Clinics.
With over 20 years in nursing and around a decade specialising in aesthetics, I’ve seen how closely our health, skin and confidence are connected. EIRA brings those areas together, offering a considered approach to women’s health, longevity and regenerative aesthetics.
My aim is to create a space where you feel listened to, have time to ask questions and receive advice that is right for you — not simply a treatment from a menu.
My approach
I believe good care starts with understanding the whole person. Your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, priorities and preferences all matter when deciding what might help.
Whether we’re discussing changes during perimenopause, exploring your long-term health or creating a skin treatment plan, I’ll explain the options clearly, including their potential benefits, risks and limitations. Sometimes the right recommendation is to investigate further, take a different approach or not proceed with treatment.
In aesthetics, I favour subtle, individualised results that support skin health and respect your natural features.
Why I created EIRA
EIRA grew from my experience in nursing and aesthetic medicine, and from a desire to offer more joined-up care.
As women move through different stages of life, changes in hormones, health and skin can overlap. I wanted to build a clinic where those concerns could be explored together, with clinical assessment at the centre and access to appropriate treatment, testing or referral when needed.
EIRA is the next chapter of Kate Bell Aesthetics & Skin Clinic — with the same personal approach, a broader clinical focus and a growing team.
