What to expect
Emma will discuss your skin concerns, current routine and goals before carrying out a visual assessment and using our Visage Pro skin scanner.
The scan provides additional information to help guide your consultation. Emma will then talk you through her findings and recommend a personalised approach, which may include homecare, in-clinic treatments or both.
You’ll have time to ask questions, with no obligation to purchase products or book treatment.

A few things you may be wondering.

Our Visage Pro scanner provides additional information about aspects of your skin, such as pigmentation, texture and areas of concern. Emma uses it alongside your consultation and visual assessment to help guide recommendations. It does not provide a medical diagnosis.

Ideally, arrive with clean skin and minimal or no makeup so Emma can assess it accurately. If that isn’t possible, your skin can be cleansed during the appointment.

Yes. Emma will discuss a personalised approach based on your concerns, skin assessment and goals. This may include homecare recommendations, in-clinic treatments or both.

Yes. The £50 fee is redeemable against treatments with Emma. It is not redeemable against treatments with Kate or other EIRA services.

Not at all. The appointment is an opportunity to understand your skin and explore your options, with no obligation to proceed.
