At EIRA Clinics, the safety and wellbeing of our patients is our highest priority.

We are committed to protecting children, young people and adults at risk from abuse, neglect, exploitation or harm.

All members of our team are expected to recognise and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns and to act in accordance with our safeguarding policies and professional responsibilities.

Our commitment

We will:

  • Promote a culture of safety, dignity and respect.

  • Maintain safeguarding policies and procedures.

  • Undertake appropriate safeguarding training.

  • Respond promptly to safeguarding concerns.

  • Work with relevant agencies where necessary to protect individuals from harm.

  • Ensure concerns are reported and managed appropriately.

Raising a concern

If you have concerns about the welfare or safety of a child, young person or adult at risk in relation to services provided by EIRA Clinics, please contact our Registered Manager.

All concerns will be taken seriously and handled sensitively. Information will be shared only as appropriate to protect individuals, meet safeguarding responsibilities and comply with the law.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. Please do not wait for a response from the clinic.
