Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At EIRA Clinics, we reserve time specifically for your appointment. We understand that plans can change and ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Booking deposits

A £50 deposit is required to secure each appointment. When you attend, your deposit is applied towards the cost of your appointment or treatment.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

  • 48 hours’ notice or more: We will refund your £50 deposit or, if you prefer, transfer it to a rearranged appointment.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Our standard policy is to retain your full £50 deposit if you cancel or request to reschedule.

  • Missed appointments: Our standard policy is to retain your full £50 deposit if you do not attend your appointment.

The 48-hour notice period is measured from your scheduled appointment start time. Any deposit retained will be subject to your statutory rights and applicable consumer law.

If EIRA Clinics needs to cancel

If we need to cancel your appointment, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of any payment made for that appointment.

If treatment cannot go ahead

Your safety and suitability for treatment come first. If we advise against treatment following a clinical assessment, we will explain why and discuss any appropriate alternatives.

Any fee for a consultation that has already taken place will be explained separately. We will not treat a decision not to proceed on clinical grounds as a late cancellation of the proposed treatment.

How to cancel or reschedule

Please use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation, where available, or call us on 01273 442230.

If you cannot rearrange your appointment online, please contact us directly. Your request must reach us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to qualify for a deposit refund or transfer under our standard policy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Where applicable law requires a refund or limits a cancellation charge, those requirements will take precedence over this policy.
